The induction sealing process involves placing a foil liner over the container's opening, which contains a layer of sealing material. When the container passes under the induction cap sealer, an electromagnetic field is generated, causing the foil liner to heat up. This heat melts the sealing material, creating a secure and tamper-evident seal between the container and the cap. This ensures the integrity of the product by providing evidence of any tampering attempts.
